When we talk about our “Extra Milers” they do little things everyday more numerous to notice. Extra Miler, Shannon Batchelor, Assistant Manager, and soon to be “Road Warrior”, from our Bedford store is no exception. Well maybe he is, because everyday he delivers exceptional service to our customers who shop at his store.

Recently, a customer of one of our contractors was involved in an explosion. It was closing time, the emergency was 30 miles north and they were in need of some building materials to secure the location. Shannon, who lives out our Core Values everyday, volunteered to help solve this problem. After hours, Shannon made the delivery helping the contractor keep his commitment to his customer. Now that’s Commitment.

That’s how it works. If we are willing to go the “Extra Mile” our customers can be “promise keepers” as well. If one cog in the wheel does not perform every other cog down the line cannot perform.
