Zach Dosch may be relatively new to Bender Lumber, but it didn’t take long for us to see he was a perfect fit. From day one, Zach has embodied the qualities we value most in our associates. His hard work and dedication have already made a noticeable impact on the yard at our Washington location.

Recently, Zach went above and beyond to help a customer working on a historical restoration project in the city of Washington. She needed a mailbox post, but due to historical regulations, it couldn’t be installed traditionally; nothing could be mounted into the ground.

Zach quickly took charge. He cut the post to the right height, sourced a scrap piece of lumber to create a mounting board for the mailbox, and ensured everything was ready to be placed in a bucket or decorative pot as required. Thanks to Zach’s initiative and resourcefulness, our client left our store very happy with exactly what she needed to finish her job.
