What does it mean to go the Extra Mile? It means seeing a challenge and stepping up to solve it—and that’s exactly what Jade Inman from our Paoli store did.

As we began implementing our new operating system, we needed a team of highly trained individuals we could count on—our “Superusers.” These team members would take the lead in learning the system and helping others navigate it.

Some of these Superusers went above and beyond, diving deep into specific areas and becoming true experts. Jade Inman quickly became one of those standouts, “Super” Superusers. She mastered the receiving clerk function and became the go-to resource for others across the company. Her knowledge and willingness to support her peers made her an invaluable asset.

When our Marketing & Merchandising Manager, Angie Fugate, was tasked with creating a formal training manual for receiving, she knew exactly who to call—Jade.

Jade not only stepped up to help, but the two also developed a strong synergy while working together. The result? A comprehensive, company-wide training resource that will benefit all of Bender Lumber.
